Every athlete is different, and the design of the Factor 001 reflects this.
Cutting edge design runs deeper than just the materials and technologies that can be seen in the finished product. The Factor 001 was designed using the same powerful modelling and analysis software used to construct Formula One cars.
The latest finite element analysis (FEA) codes were used to simulate the rider's inputs and the effects of varying road conditions. The end result was a structure that is light, comfortable and capable of turning every last ounce of the rider's effort into efficient forward motion.
Our aim was to build a machine that will survive the rigours of prolonged use but retain a lightweight feel. Materials have been added in high stress areas and fatigue points to ensure prolonged life as we know that this is a once in a lifetime purchase experience. The ride belies the weight of the machine.
We also offer a full fitting and fitness evaluation service.
This is a unique experience that takes into account not just the dimensions of the human body but more importantly the physical capabilities of that human. These are the vital parameters that ensure the optimal fit is achieved during the experience. We have partnered with Progressive Sports at the world renowned sports science centre at Loughborough University.
